Ukrainian Photo Diary is an international
documentary project involving Switzerland and Ukraine. Under Ukrainian
Law No. 2811-IX of 1 December 2022, “On Copyright and Related Rights”,
copyright in submitted photographs, videos and other works remains
with the respective creators. The project respects and protects these
rights. Copying, downloading, reproducing or publishing material
outside the project requires the prior consent of the respective
rights holders. Ukrainian Photo Diary is not a commercial photographic
archive and does not sell photographs. The collected works are
intended to be preserved as historical and documentary testimony,
contributing to remembrance and a deeper understanding of the
consequences of the war.
